Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours in advance should you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment. Fees may be applied for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hrs notice.
Please arrive 5 minutes or on time for your scheduled appointment, this will ensure that you have the full time allotted for your scheduled treatment.

Payments
All payments are required to be paid in full at the time of treatment, We accept all major credit cards as well as e-transfers. Financing options available via financing (information available at clinic). Free consultations only apply if there is a treatment booked subsequently. If there is no treatment booked or cancellation of treatment, a fee of $50 applies to the consultation.
No refunds on prepaid purchases of treatments. Exchange possible. Refund possible damage packages of products, products or reactions to skin care.
1 year expiration date for all prepaid packages for treatments.
Method Of Payment
We accept cash, e-transfer, Interac and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, no personal cheques are accepted.
Health Protocols
If you are demonstrating any of the following symptoms we ask that you stay home and not visit the clinic under any circumstance until your symptoms are completely gone. Symptoms such as fever, runny nose, cough. Hand washing and masks are recommended if you have a mild cough.
